Prioritizing people-first methods and insights
When making services and products for human beings we have to put them front and center in our process. They are the experts of their lived experience and innovation comes from co-creating with them and using our knowledge as designers, strategists, and researchers to add delight, ensure equity, and do no harm.
Embracing iterative + collaborative partnerships
Building processes of collaboration across disciplines and with communities allow us to set aside silos and ignite innovation from not reinventing the wheel but reframing the work that has already started.
